How do you even fathom trying to lose 100 pounds?  On your own?  You don't. You shut down.  Or at least I did.

Oh, then once you start moving your body, now you want me to change my entire life by changing my eating habits.  Good hell!  I was so overwhelmed.

Here I am today eliminating the overwhelm and making life easy for myself!

I refuse to not have things be easy.

Or how do you pay off $12k in debts?  I didn't know how to do it, but I figured it out and now have been able to have a credit score of over 800.  From 500 to 800 hell yes!

Having two cars totaled in one year? Spiritual growth was just waiting for me to wake up to my anxiety, migraines, suicidal thoughts, medications, and Western medicine NOT working for me.

So, I started this journey I am on now to regain my life.

Physically. Mentally. Spiritually. Emotionally.
